Teaching Profession. What qualifications do you hold? I am a Bachelors Degree holder in Education Science(second class honours upper division) from M.M.U.S.T,Kenya. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? A blend of both because one can not do without either. Describe the benefits of working with others you get to learn to share experiences and promote teamwork which helps in achivement of objectives and goals. Describe the benefits of working alone when working alone decision making is alot faster.It also gives one the opprtunity to try out new ways of approaching work which others may have second thoughts about.
