| will paying a waiver fee on an out-of-state speeding ticket allow me to avoid a  I'm from Michigan, and I was pulled over on the I-80 turnpike for speeding (to potential responders: excoriating me for speeding is not answering my question, by the way. I know that it was stupid, and I am paying for it both financially and otherwise)... In any case, I received a summons in the mail in which a court date is advertised and a waiver fee is described. I can't travel to Ohio on the court date because I am starting a new job... Will the waiver fee exempt me from the court date and clear this matter for good? Thanks! |
