I hold a Bachelor of Arts with Education degree (honours degree) Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I consider skills to be valuable because,knowledge is learning by doing. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others is beneficial in that there is sharing ideas,culturally exchange, and motivation. Describe the benefits of working alone I believe working alone is too self-centred, too much confidence however, an individual may be very carefully with what he is doing and there is high concentration of what one is doing. What was your worst working experience? My worst working experience is on failure to follow time. Majority of the people that I worked with are not time management oriented. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? The most important lesson that I have learn throughout my career is sharing ideas, and giving enough attention to my students. What unique skills do you have? Language teaching and learning playing netball. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Teaching job What are the most interesting aspects of your field? The interesting aspects of my field is learning and living with people who have different characters.This made me know how to handle my students. What are the least interesting aspects of your field?
