Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I consider more valuable the skills, because a formal education anyone can get it, but skills is a process that you have to develope based on the experiences you have faced and on how you have been educated since very young. Describe the benefits of working with others You can team up in order to develope a bigger task than you can handle on your own. Describe the benefits of working alone You are responsible for what you are doing so you can assume for what you are doing by yourself. What was your worst working experience? Do not have. I have been lucky to rescue a good experience for what I have done in my live. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? When you are honest with yourself you are naturally honest with the rest. What unique skills do you have? In finance I have the capacity to forecast risky situation and the capacity to react before many people notice a weak situation. Because of my military background in the peruvian Navy, I have a good sense of discipline and organization. I have lived in different cultures and this situation has allowed me to understand others cultures better than many others. I am a Pilot sail with an international licence I can communicate anything to the way that it will be understood from a person who does not know anything to a very educate person no matter the character. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Getting money while dreaming. Just kidding. A dream job would be getting money by playing tennis, but I do it only by sport. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? I see it as an opportunity to solve a lot of situation to a great number of people instead to see it as a job. When you close a deal! What are the least interesting aspects of your field? When you do not close a deal after one hard work.
