I want to work in Monaco as it is one of the finest, richest and smallest country in the world where i can use my experience, knowledge and contribute my expertise to the monaco's development. What countries have you worked in? I have worked in Bangladesh for Two Multinational Companies for more than 15 years. First: Sir William Halcrow and Partners Ltd. It is UK based company working in Bangladesh for more than 30 years. Second: I switched to DHV Consultants BV, the Netherlands. This is a dutch company working in bangladesh in water sector for more than 25 years. What countries do you have a visa to work in? I have visa for UK, which is a visit visa. But i had visa for europe and travelled Europe and eastern Europe several times since 1999. What field do you currently work in? Management, Administration, Marketing, Finance, What fields have you worked in before? Management, Administration, Marketing, Finance What qualifications do you hold? MBA major in International Business Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both because without formal education I could not be appropriate in a particular subject and job. And without skill I would not be able to perform my tasks properly as well. So to become a good and effective member of the company I must need education and skills together. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others, with a team always gives true pleasure. Where I can share my knowledge, experience with others which will help others to learn more and perform better for a particular job/task. But it all depends what is my job description. If it is a job of a team work then off course working with others will bring benefits for me and for the company as well. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone does not get benefits generally unless it is a job where team work is not applicable and needed and knowledge sharing is not necessary. What was your worst working experience? I have worked in a very remote areas in Bangladesh where I did not have sufficient supporting staff, transportation facility but i had to complete the mission with a successful progress report. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Most important learning is that I must listen others very carefully, give others chance to say and do. Share knowledge and experience, do hard work up to the level needed. What unique skills do you have? My understanding with others and communications skills with the team and as well as outside the office. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Job in MONACO as a Sr. member of a management team. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Without proper management a company could not be established. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Very challenging. How do u work with european people? As I have done more than 15 years with two multinational companies I could easily harmonize my experience with European experts with my third world experience and capacity.
