Formal education or skills and why? I consider both formal education and skills qualifications are valuable because they are complementary. Describe the benefits of working with others I am a very good team worker, and I get along very well with everybody and very fast. The most important lesson I learnt throughout my career is to work hard and to do my best to be very productive What unique skills do you have?
