Formal education is important as you need to know the purpose of all skills that you use in your nursing career.Equally important are the skills themselves and proficiency in nursing skills mainly achieved through hands on experience. Describe the benefits of working with others So much can be learned from your nursing peers and from other members of the healthcare team.Drawing on the experiences of others is very rewarding.Working along side of different cultures makes one grow as an individual and as well as a better quality nursing career Describe the benefits of working alone I don't really see the benefits of working alone.Pt care is a holistic process so it is very important for nurses to work with the other members of the team to provide optimal pt care. The most interesting aspect of my job is to learn the way that mothers of different cultures care for their newborn.examples-mothers from India basically just breastfeed the baby while all other care of baby is done by family members. Most Chinese moms do not put their baby to breast until day # 3 when milk starts tocome in.
