Formal education or skills and why? i think that skills is more valuable because we can be very well educated in a certain domain but still one can fail when it comes to use appropriately the needed skills Describe the benefits of working with others when we work with other at the same time we learn from them et we laern to respect the other as human and ditto their opinions.We learn to share the opinions et come up with various interesting ideas. Describe the benefits of working alone when we work alone we can benefit from our concentration and we depend on ours own program et work with one plan and with one own level and at least we are sure to avoid conlits of ideas with others. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? that in any field of work what is important is perceverance et respect of others.I think that i can adapte myself to all the situations no matter how difficult it could be.
