I am looking for a job as a receptionist for a international company or a job a a customer service representative. What nationality are you? I am Dutch What languages do you speak (and at what level)? I speak fluent Dutch and English What country or area are you looking to work in and why? Looking for a company based in Morocco´s economical capitol, Casablanca. What countries have you worked in? The Netherlands What countries do you have a visa to work in? I have a visa to work in Morocco What field do you currently work in? Customer representative for the city of Amsterdam What fields have you worked in before? Call center, inbound as well as outbound,customer service, and I worked as a sales woman in many retail shops Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I would have to say skills, not that a diploma is not a good thing to have, but skills come natural to a person, its what you know you can do which makes you good at what you do since you do it with confidence. Anyone can study and learn to get a diploma. Describe the benefits of working with others It allows you to have more contact with other colleagues and it gives you a opportunity to learn from one and other and brainstorm about on how to, for example, improve a bigger customer/client satisfaction level. And its of course nice to have a laugh about something every now and then all together! Describe the benefits of working alone To work alone, makes you depend on your own capabilities and it gives you a higher level of responsibility, since its just you. It can be nice to work alone cause you have your own vision of how you want things to be done which can be more efficient. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? A job which allows me to help other people with their problems or issues in a international atmosphere. Love seeing people angry or stressed about something cause there lies the challenge for me to change them into people who are no longer angry or stressed cause I helped them to find a suitable solution for their problem.
