Formal education or skills and why? Formal education is a key element to acquire knowledge, theoretical analysis and reasoning. However, skills are essential for performing the job. Nevertheless, the combination of the two brings i.e., linking the theoretical knowledge with the skills) for performing the work assignments in an effective and efficient manner. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others brings about synergy. That is, the combined results of individual efforts (more ideas and skills) lead to better output, especially when analysing results, and evaluating projects.
