What fields have you worked in before? Have also worked as a land development engineer/land preparation engineer What qualifications do you hold? Bsc (hon) Agricultural Engineering Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both formal education and skills are valuable, one cannot be overlooked over the other becouse for one to clearly understand and comprehend the skill acquired, formal education is required. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others creats a team, and always team work is better than one, it broadens the horrizon of ideas, and closes the gaps and weaknesses in one individual. Describe the benefits of working alone This helps to stay focused and your ideas directed to the end result you initially imagined without droping some good ideas which could be only seen after the end result but discouragement from fellow mates can make you lose them. What was your worst working experience? When my manager required me to present my work and i had not met the deadline to finish it. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? As an engineer one needs to alwasy make a follow through in decision making, making a holistic approach to all aspects.
