In any mozambican province, because the agroecological conditions are suitable for agriculture in a cost effective, and also there is a need to do more for country economic and social development through food security. What field do you currently work in? currently, I am acting as a free lancer to FUCON translating portuguese docs into english, and also drafting agricultural projects for rural development. Graduate in Agroforest,usually Forest Engineer in mozambique Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Formal education is more valuable than skills because through formal education you learn technical facts and also some skills that you need to show in the field, while skills u can learn as fast as possible, but formal eduation will be ever important and asking u to get it in order to have cognitive ideas and full decision making. Describe the benefits of working with others 1. you share experience; 2. you perfom wide work as quickly as possible; 3. there is cooperation among workers; 4. if some workers are sick, you never stop because there are others to carry on with the activities... Describe the benefits of working alone 1.you try to work hard, since you are alone, in order to do your best. 2.you are both manager and executive officer; 3.you learn that working alone is not good at all... What was your worst working experience? searching sand loam and clay loam soil in a tough forest, which the project didnt get prolific due to resettlement polyce frameworke failed after all hazarduos effort in the field, this was worst experience. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? throughout my career I have learnt that conducting any developing work you need to think hard and rapidly, i also learnt how to make positive decision and also drafting viable agricultural projects. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? setting measures to save and perpetuate the environmentally agrocoecological processes; promoting sustainable agriculture for rural households and the country as well etc. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? I dont think so, because agriculture is ever important in all status.
