Formal education or skills and why? I consider skills to be a little valuable since it is something that one possesses and is able to use it straight away even without training. On the contrary if you have formal education without skills, you render yourself vulnerable to incompetence nonetheless skills must be augmented by formal education. Describe the benefits of working with others You handle huge tasks easily They provide the morale needed They help you when you are stuck You benefit skills from them as you observe them performing their duties You easily learn things Describe the benefits of working alone There is usually high concentration. Little disturbance. Work planning becomes easy since it is you doing the job. It propells the spirit of hardworking since you know there is none to do the job except yourself. It helps you to grasp the whole picture of what you are doing unlike when several people are doing the same job. What was your worst working experience? Working the whole month and at the end you are told that there are nofund for your salaries you will have to hold on. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? The success of every project hinges on good people management,which encompasses staff motivation and welfare. What unique skills do you have?
