Everyday is a learning phase and we might learn from our superiors and also from our subordinates. What was your worst working experience? I can't generalise any bad experience as Worst as being a part of the Service industry for a long period, I have learnt to take the bad in a good note and build up from there as the End result is what that counts at the End of the Day. Every experience whether good or bad as to be taken as a building block for future successes. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Patience, Learn to relate to a situation and solve it, Never go Overboard unnecessarily, If the situation demands escalate it to the superior as everybody has got certain limitations.
