Everyday is a learning phase and we might learn from our superiors and also from our subordinates. Working as part of a team also contributes a lot in the long run as it helps to get to know each others strong points & weaknesses and if possible be of help to others Describe the benefits of working alone I don't think there are any benefits in being away from the crowd & working in solitary confinement. What was your worst working experience? I can't generalise any bad experience as Worst as being a part of the Service industry for a long period, I have learnt to take the bad in a good note and build up from there as the End result is what that counts at the End of the Day. Every experience whether good or bad as to be taken as a building block for future successes. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Patience, Learn to relate to a situation and solve it, Never go Overboard unnecessarily, If the situation demands escalate it to the superior as everybody has got certain limitations. Other than a strong Finance & Accounts background, I am very Outgoing, am a go getter, Am extrovert, Looks towards the future rather than brood over the past, Have the capacity to be a part of a team and take it forward, Can judge individuals on a short notice.
