I am seeking a job in the medical field. iv been working in medical for ten years in aged care.And have cert 111 in this field iv done cert 3 in first aid and was doing medication rounds on the job.Im a very good worker and I am a able to work with a team. Nursing assistant medical drug rounds. What qualifications do you hold? I have a cert 111 in aged care. I also have certificate's in emergancy drills. I have a letter from my last employer. and a letter from my team leader who is a div 2 nurse. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I would have to say education becouse that is where you learn to be skillful in your field of work. Describe the benefits of working with others working with a team is very helpful .we learn off of each other and support each other and dedicate our time with each other. Describe the benefits of working alone working alone means that a employer can be trusted to do the task that has been assigned to her.and to do the best of her ability. What was your worst working experience? working with a person who thought she was a boss. and being bossed around by this person who had authority to do so.
