I should say a mixe of both. Formal education prepares you to have your mind 'open', but the skills keeps you on the wheels of oportunity, increasing all the time your knowledge about other matters.

Describe the benefits of working with others

No man is an Island (someone said that). Working with others with a 'open mind' let us transmit and collect more knowledge, making things better around us.

Describe the benefits of working alone

When we need to create, sometimes we need to be alone for a while, until we can give bird to the idea 'growing' in our mind. It happens with me during the periodes I need to invent, but... sometimes 1 or 2 opinions from others can accelerate the process.

What was your worst working experience?

When I was a Camping ressort Manager. The Job was good, asking for all my skills and creativity as well kindness and well fair, but the camping Directors from the Association... where political people, not choosed by their capacties, but ONLY for their political colours...' and because they stay in place until finish the mandate..., they acumulate a 'package of mistakes' and puting in danger few camping places from that Association. That way of conduct 'was driving me crazy' I real hate doing things wrong..., so I quite, but one director too...

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

Be humble, never thinking we are clevers, because there are allways new things to learn and people more clever than us...

What unique skills do you have?

A great capacity in solving different technical probleams, quickly and in a logical way, keeping things working smootly.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

To work with wildelife.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

Is allways evolving and a 'open field' for our imagination.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

When we need to repeat time after time the some thing, when we are doing manufacturing.

Please replace this with a question of your own

Do you think you can find a place for me, being useful to others, when I'm not asking to much in return?
