What type of job are you looking for?

looking run or help run a small resort or lodge. Guest relations/bookings/maintenance etc

What nationality are you?

south african

What languages do you speak (and at what level)?

english - excellent want to learn portugese

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

mozambique. its a growing country that has been through hard times. The people there are so hospitable. I have surfed many a time at Ponto and just love it there.

What countries have you worked in?

australia

What countries do you have a visa to work in?

no visas right now

What field do you currently work in?

consulting/marketing/customer relations

What fields have you worked in before?

building and maintenance/logistics/planning

What qualifications do you hold?

marketing/business managment/drafting

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

if one has just finished school then furthering ones education would be of utmost importance. however, years of experience in a field can count just as much.

Describe the benefits of working with others

i have always believed that everyone has something to offer. No two people are the same and no person is better than the other.

one can get on a do the job without being constantly interupted. the pressure is always there but its not unnecessary pressure from someone else.

What was your worst working experience?

going to work on a monday only to be told to hand in company car and be told ive just been retrenched without any knowledge why.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

listen before talking.

What unique skills do you have?

i can talk myself out of any situation and can tackle most tasks that are thrown at me.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

to travel the world as a sports journalist or run a resort or lodge on an island.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

meeting and dealing with different people every day

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

have to deal with ignorant rude people
