The people there are so hospitable. I have surfed many a time at Ponto and just love it there. Formal education or skills and why? if one has just finished school then furthering ones education would be of utmost importance. however, years of experience in a field can count just as much. Describe the benefits of working with others i have always believed that everyone has something to offer. No two people are the same and no person is better than the other. Describe the benefits of working alone one can get on a do the job without being constantly interupted. the pressure is always there but its not unnecessary pressure from someone else. What was your worst working experience? going to work on a monday only to be told to hand in company car and be told ive just been retrenched without any knowledge why.
