Job application What type of job are you looking for? I am looking for a job in areas such as human resources, marketing and public rellations. I want to work as a sales manager, as a marketing researcher or assitent of a marketing manager. I am also interested in working as a human resources manager or an area associated with human resources. What nationality are you? I am a Mozambican. What languages do you speak (and at what level)? I speak both English and Portuguese very fluently. I can also speak my mother tongue witch is Changana. I speak some Spanish, Russian and French. I have worked before in the finance area as an accountant and also as a software tecnitian. What qualifications do you hold? I hold a degree in management and business administration '10. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I place a high importance on both formal education and skills. Many have become great men through developing their skills although they have a low education or maybe didnt finish high school. Education is of a great importance for an human being because it expands your ability of comprehension of the world around you. Describe the benefits of working with others Working in groups enables you to have a wider viewpoint of an issue because we as human beings may see the same situation but in diferent ways. One of the benefits in working in groups is that it allows a person to manage better the time. A project that might have taken a year with only one person working on it may take just 6 months when working in groups. Describe the benefits of working alone When working alone a person can be more concentrated and avoid distraction. What was your worst working experience? Since i started working even the worst day at work i have learned some lessons from them. Working has been a good experience. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Never give up when you get a good job no matter what happens. What unique skills do you have? I am a fast learner, a good public speaker, a fast typewriter. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? I dream of getting to the postion of a Executive Director of an NGO. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? As a manager you have to deal with diferent people from low class to high class types of people( educated and noneducated). A manager has to speak the language of everyone. Communication is key in this area. Also a manger has to figure out way to make all workers cooperate with him or her in achieving the organizations objectives. Are you afraid of facing challenges. I am not sa fearful person at all. A challenge can be a stepping stone to greatness. The fear of a challenge may inhibit you from showing the best qualities you possess.
