Water Suntation Officer at Centre for Community Organisation and Development. What qualifications do you hold? Advanced Diploma in Rural and Community and currently I have registered for a degree. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Skills because it helps to be fully equiped with knowlage and it is easy to acknowlage others based on the skill that you are acquring. Describe the benefits of working with others The benifits are you still learn rom others and working as a group you always be asured of good results because you share knowladge. The work is done in time. Describe the benefits of working alone Sometimes working with others makes job hard because others are just lazy. What was your worst working experience? When I left the job i wasdoing without acomplishing my tardeted goal due to misunderstanding wiith my boss. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? To woork with othes needs self contral and to put more priority to the ones you are working for, in this case that is the community. What unique skills do you have? Mobilising the people to understand what we have for them. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Community Development Officer. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Working with people who have knowladge but doesn't know that they have. Within a short period of time communities do change if the resources are available. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Sometimes people expect immidiate results so if it takes sometime they lose interest.
