I think both are a vital necessity because one has to be formally educated in a particular area in order to understand it fully. Skills are also valuable because if one has education but no skills he or she will have difficulties in handling a particular post within an organisation.

Describe the benefits of working with others

Working with other people is an advantage because when people work together they acheive more as a team. There is also the aspect of helping each other giving each other positive ideas and learning from each other which is vital for the proper functioning of any organisation.

Describe the benefits of working alone

Working alone also has its advantages in that if too many people work on a certain project there is bound to be misuderstandings thorough conflicting ideas, thus working alone would be a guarantee of no conflicts within the work place hence productivity.

It is a very broad field so it doesnt limit my job options to a particular area and it mainly deals with people and society which is very interesting.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

The least intresting aspect would be having to deal with some people who are difficult due to certain curcumstances.

Can you briefly describe yourself and how you could be an assset to an organisation
