formal education as it equips one with the right skills for the job

it encourages the spirit of sharing ideas and coming out with the best method of tackling the given job. working with others also gives motivation to achieve even bigger things as far as the job is taken into consideration.

there is greater responsibility and also decisions dont take long to be passed and this saves time

working on a project that was underfinanced.

that planning for a job is half doing the job.

very good interpersonnal relationships, paying particular attention to detail and self motivated.
