APPLICATION FOR THE POST GENDER AND HIV/AIDS PROJECT OFFICER.

My name is Michael Zvidi, im a Zimbabwean aged 25 years and a holder of a Bachelor of social sciences Hons degree in psychology and sociology. I attained my qualifications in 2006 from Africa University, Zimbabwe.

After University, i worked in the Ministry of Women Affairs, Gender, and Community Development as a community development officer for 8 months. My job entails implementing gender and hiv/aids programs. I was also involved in engendering community development programs so that women would benefit as well.

During my stint in the government service, i learnt that; development if not engendered, is endangered. Eversince that has been my moto. I have also learnt a lot about the relationship between gender and hiv/aids. And i believe the experience i acquired my also be of paramount importance to your organisation.
