Formal education or skills and why? skills, as you can always be taught something new ! Describe the benefits of working with others i love a good team dynamic, and working with others always has its pro's and con's as people are differnt. when you work in a team and with others you get an overall view of the situation and its interprated by various personalities which i believe can only be a positive thing. Describe the benefits of working alone sometimes its good to focus and be selfish and to drive oneself to your best at what is needed at that time. What was your worst working experience? i was employed by a company that technically did not exist and we were never paid our salaries, it was very disappointing. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? to always follow your gut instinct and to speak your mind when you feel its right. what you put in is what you get out ! What unique skills do you have? i am definately a peoples person and can open doors where they havent been able to open before, i build lasting relationships. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? a sales and marketing position that allows me to travel around the world. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? not one day is the same as the next! every client and every shipment is differnt What are the least interesting aspects of your field? down days in selling market like december why am i an excellent employee because i am hard working and diligent, i do what is expected from me and more, as much as i am money hungry i have a natural urge for customer satisfaction. my passion is to see people happy and build lasting relationships.
