They are both valuable, without formal education it is always difficult to work on any skills. Describe the benefits of working with others *You tend to meet different people from different back grounds it teaches you a lot of what they have and how to adjust. *lt gives you a broad mind about different cultures *You tend to share ideas on many issues Describe the benefits of working alone *They is less disturbances from other subordinates *You get more time to work and that gives more and better results *Working with other subordinates especially a supervisor near you you tend to make mistakes because you wont be yourself scared of the boss.
