I am a lady aged 21 who holds a Secretarial Certificate with 2 years experience in the field.I also hold a Computer Studies Diploma, so I am lookong for a job as Personal Assistant or Secretary.Currently I was basing on the following dutie and responsibilities;

- mantaining an up to date filing system

- typing reports, memos, letters and any correspondence

- taking minutes in meetings

- making travel arrangements

- attending to incoming and outtttgoing calls

- booking appointments

and any correspondence as directed by the manager.
