What type of job are you looking for?

motor mechanics manager, class 1/2 skilled worker motor mechanic.

What nationality are you?

mozambican.

What languages do you speak (and at what level)?

english, shona and portuguese(student).

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

mozambique just because i am a citizen by descendance. i would like to help the develpmental process taking place in my country's industry.

What countries have you worked in?

zimbabwe for 22 years.

What countries do you have a visa to work in?

none at the present moment.

What field do you currently work in?

assistant workshop manager.

What fields have you worked in before?

Light and heavy vehicles maintainance and repairs, Earthmoving equipment repairs, workshop management application.

What qualifications do you hold?

skilled worker qualifications in motor mechanics (to include diesel and tractor mechanics) classes 4/3/2/(1 card lost), city and guilds motor mechanics qualifications, practical and industrial psychology.

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

I consider both because the above work hand in hand.

it creates broad understanding due to the sharing of ideas and teamwork.

it makes you concetrate more and make the right progress at any given time.

What was your worst working experience?

working in a mine where water and sanitation was poor.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

pyscho-social interaction is a driving force towards quality results.

What unique skills do you have?

versatility.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

managing director.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

profound concentraion resulting in sharperning of the third eye, photographic memory and positive problem solving.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

daily meditation on workshop precautions.

what are your hobbies?

aerobics, playing chess, reading novels.
