Tourism & Hospitality SpecialistHi I have been working in the up-market Tourism and Hospitality industry for a number of years now both in Africa and overseas and am looking for my next challenge. I have many years experience as well as lots of international contacts and clients. I also speak Spanish and Italian. I have just completed 2 contracts on board 2 small, luxury cruise ships as Concierge/Activities Director and Front Office Manager. In 2006/2007 I lived on the island of Mallorca, working for an exclusive division of Thomas Cook managing luxury villas and providing a range of services to the guests (please see CV for more details). I am currently based in Cape Town, South Africa where I work for myself making arrangements for my own clients to visit South Africa. I deal with bookings for luxury accommodation as well as provide a V.I.P. concierge service, which includes anything from boat charters to personal trainers, nannies and organizing trips and tours while they are here. I have a very strong background in Sales and Marketing in different sectors and I was also a Production Manager on international film shoots for 10 years, which gave me exceptional organizational skills. I have a friendly, confident and outgoing personality. I find it easy to talk to a room full of strangers and am good at communicating via email to potential clients as well as dealing with customers at ground level.
