Not employed at the moment because I moved back to Namibia after a long period in South Africa What fields have you worked in before? Development Church Security Systems Development Production (Oil) Tyre manufacturing What qualifications do you hold? I finished my school career. St.10 or Grade 12 Nas. Diploma in Costing and Financial Accounting but dit not finish it. I finished the next subjects: Financial I Financial II Financial III Costing I Costing II Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I consider skills little more than formal education because with education they don't teach you the skills to operate in working enviroment with peopleskills, computerskills and everydays responsibilities. Describe the benefits of working with others Team work makes the dream work. Learn to delegate. Fills the gap if persons absent from work to get it going. Describe the benefits of working alone You don't have to waste time to solve problems between personel. If something is wrong, you alone are responsible for it. Consentration level is much higher. What was your worst working experience? Working with people not having integrity, changing requirement on a regular basis. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Always put procedures into place to work effective. Know the rules. Never hide your mistakes = honesty and faithfulness. What unique skills do you have?
