Formal education or skills and why? I consider both valuable. You need the knowledge to do your work but you also need the skill or else you will fail Describe the benefits of working with others You learn a lot from them and so your knowledge expands. When you struggle you can ask them for help and the might have a diffrent take on things and so the problem gets solved Describe the benefits of working alone Your full consentration is on the job at hand. What was your worst working experience? When you are trying to work and the apprentice is messing around thus preventing you to finish the job seeing as you have to keep a eye on him What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? What ever you do do it to the best of your knowledge and skill so that there is no questions afterwards What unique skills do you have?
