Namibia. i have visited the country and have enquired on the banking industry there. It seems very organised and i would like to be part of such a system. What countries have you worked in? Zambia only and hoping to go to cross boarders. What field do you currently work in? Banking What fields have you worked in before? banking What qualifications do you hold? i hold a GCSE Certificate. Certificates in Ms word, Ms Windows and Ms Excel computer programs. A Diploma in Banking and Finance and currently studying for my ACCA qualification. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? i can say both formal and skills. reasons being formal education broadens ones understanding of say economic issues. skills on the other hand assists even the less educated because they can work on their own even where they are not formally employed.
