Stock Market College as Personal assistant to Owner and Control Room Operator for Security Company. What qualifications do you hold? Only Senior Certificate, certificate in Business Management. Have attended various courses for leadership. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Skills - without skills one would not be able to perform your duties. Your current skills are also valuable when you enter the employment of another company as you can use them to initiate changes to improve on certain things currently being done Describe the benefits of working with others Teamwork is a valuable aspect. Working together you get the opportunity to share ideas and knowledge. What was your worst working experience? Working in the control room as there was no interaction with other staff than the hourly reporting back from staff patrolling What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? To always engage with colleugues at all levels as this opens opportunity for suggestions and understanding where they are coming from What unique skills do you have?
