I worked as a sales assistant in 2009.at Star Refrigeration cc. What qualifications do you hold? Grade 12 certificate. Currently doing Adult education and community development at the University of Namibia, (1st year). Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I believe the two are complementary to each other thus one cannot do without the other and would like to acquire as much as I can in both of them. Describe the benefits of working with others Sharing ideas with people around can make one realize that knowledge is never enough thus gives one that boost that we need to be open minded and make everyday a lesson day for as ling as we live. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone is a one of the few moments that people can take pride in themselves as to reach due dates,often it awakens the power in believing that we can make it,push ourselves hard and learn to be indepedant. What was your worst working experience? I cannot say it was worse because it made me even stronger as a person, instead I am grateful.
