I am a gentleman aged 27 and hold a B.Acc honours 2.1 class and am waiting for my MSc Finance and Investment results. I am also studying towards the Chartered Financial Analyst qualification with the CFA institute in the United States.I have several years of experience in Corporate Finance with NMB bank and, Finesse Advisory Services. I am interested in the Corporate Finance / Venture Capital in Namibia, I am interested in knowing how active the market is.
I am looking for opportunities in structured finance, classical corporate finance such as MAs and LBOs.
I have done a number of mandates that are in line with mining, dams and water works, as I am advising a client on a BOT of a conveyor for a listed mining company. I addition I have done restructurings.
I am also co advisor to the promoter in the construction of a large dam in Zimbabwe, which has a commercial project adjunct to it which will pay off for the construction of the project. We were involved in sourcing offshore financing for this project.
I have done a number of valuations including those of financial institutions.
I was part of the team that was involved in the restructuring of the Infrastructure Development Bank of Zimbabwe from Zimbabwe Development Bank.
I am also involved in research, as I do company analysis for our clients as well as for our own portfolio.
I am therefore looking for a company that is looking for the services I have highlighted.
I also have some ideas that can generate income on an ongoing basis even when Corporate Finance mandates are not comming
