You also learn new ways of saying and doing things in the work place and how to share and receive other opions and suggestions which makes decision making easier. Describe the benefits of working alone You don't have to consult anyone and you are always sure you will find things as you left them. You don't have to share equipment and you don't need to consider amyone else's opinon in decison making. What was your worst working experience? Realising my boss was threatened by my abilities and wanted me out of his depatment. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
