What type of job are you looking for?

cashier, receptionist and bookings.

What nationality are you?

Namibian

What languages do you speak (and at what level)?

English and Silozi.

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

Namibia,I prefer working anywhere in Namibia.

What countries have you worked in?

I worked in Zimbabwe at The Victoria Falls Hotel for 8 months on the job training while i was doing my studies.

What field do you currently work in?

cashiering at ST Elmos Pizza way in Windhoek.

What fields have you worked in before?

I was trained to work in all departments of the hotel.

What qualifications do you hold?

I have grade 12 plus certificates in Tourism and Hospitality Management.

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

Education and skills they all work together because you should have an idea of what you intend to do, skills is an extra knowledge that you have besides education.

Describe the benefits of working with others

Learning from others in sharing ideas and experiencing new things everyday.

Describe the benefits of working alone

Reaching,Achieving the organizational goals.

What was your worst working experience?

Working in a restaurant without knowing the menu items.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

Satisfying customers needs is a very important things to do in Hospitality industry and in all sectors.

What unique skills do you have?

Telephone techniques, cashiering, customer service,waitering, management skills and sharing ideas with others.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

Front office manager and Operation manager.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

Customer service.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

Customer dissatisfaction.
