I am currently working In Zimbabwe for the Zimbabwe National Water Authoriy (ZINWA) - Research and Data Section as a GIS specialist. Since beginning my working career I have gained many skills in the area of applications of GIS and Remote sensing in water resources management and feel that I would be a valuable asset to your organisation.

I am particularly interested in the area of GIS and Remote sensing because of my strong background in the area of Geographic Information System (GIS), Remote Sensing (RS), Geography and Environmental sciences. As you will see on my curriculum vita, my continuing interest in Geographic Information Systems and remote sensing is reflected not only in my Master thesis (Monitoring irrigation water use using GIS and Remote sensing) but also in research projects that I have initiated at ZINWA. My plans for future research will, of course, be influenced by the ideas and opportunities which present themselves at your organisation. My qualifications and working experience have prepared me for the challenges associated with the post. I'm looking forward to using this experience for enhancing your organisation.
