Namibia, preferably Windhoek becouse i need to be closer to my family and its the only way ill be able to maintain the since we are only two who are working from the family of six. What fields have you worked in before? Hospitality What qualifications do you hold? I have a Grade 12 certificate and a deploma in Legal Studies. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I find skills valuable becouse it makes me as a candidate different from other candidates. Meaning a person may have education but the candidate will not be able to the job that is required ancd having to trajin that person is time conasuming to the person who alredy has the skills. Describe the benefits of working with others When working on a team with others,you can encourage each other, it develops a bond, cultivate a frindship. It create a good working environment and it reduces work load. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone depends on the type of work and your personality, it is peacefull, able to gather your thoughts and it gives more autonomy and power to decide. It enables acting according to ones judgemet with with facing criticism. Even while working alone , expert advice and consultations with nothers can be fruitfully availed.But ultimate decision will be with one person. Woking alone is best for those who do not want any interference with their style and work. What was your worst working experience? Having to wsith an employer that was not to their workers and no team at work at work. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? That everday is a learning and that i can also learn alot from my juniors. What unique skills do you have? I am a very fast learner and when my mind is set on geting a job done, it gets done. Im dependable and reliable. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Working at any law firm. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? that is different from customs and it teaches us how way back in thers the law was inforced compared to modern days.
