Looking for holiday job

What type of job are you looking for?

Any type of managagement job as I am currently doing Public Management at the Polytechnic of Namibia and its my third year.

What nationality are you?

Namibian

What languages do you speak (and at what level)?

Fluent in English verbally and writen, and Otjiherero.

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

Namibia, because I don't have traveling money.

What countries have you worked in?

Namibia

What field do you currently work in?

Unemployed

What fields have you worked in before?

I worked as a consultant

What qualifications do you hold?

Grade twelve, and I am nw studying further with the Polytechnic of Namibia.

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

Skills because by this we can enclude people who fail to go to school but who have the knowledge through practice.

Describe the benefits of working with others

You learn alot from other, and information sharing.

Describe the benefits of working alone

It is easy to take decisions and less stress.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

Listening and solving others problems.

What unique skills do you have?

Leadership skills as I was the President of a society at the Polytechnic of Namibia.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

Chief Executive Officer

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

it is important that you work with the public, especialy once you work in the town councils and municipalities.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

public institutions don't pay competative salaries.
