What field do you currently work in? I am currently in my final year at the Polytechnic of Namibia, doing my b-tech to be obtained next year Aoril 2012. What fields have you worked in before? Since I have been studying, I havent got any chance to work becouse I wanted to study ferst. What qualifications do you hold? I am in view of Degree to be obtained in 2012. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I would consider both. becouse formal you need to know how to read and write and skills are also vital, becouse practice makes it perfect and dificult to forget what you have done. Describe the benefits of working with others We learn more when we are in a team and there tend to be more greate ideas and it is less time consuming. Describe the benefits of working alone You will be stress free and you will have time to develop skills needed to be a leader and be more time effective becouse you want to fiish your work in time. What was your worst working experience? I never had any working experirnce but I am ready for any challenge. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I have learntto be patient and consider other people's feelings as well. And to be a leader you need to have understanding and be able to be free to communicate with others. What unique skills do you have? I have my natural abilities and I am a very fast learner. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My dream job is to be an Human Resources Practitioner.
