In Cameroon , highly skilled and qualified workers without work, only earn like R20 a day that was frustrating. They are hard workers, loyal and honest. I throughly enjoy my trade, earth moving diesel mechanics is a very specialized unique trade. I always try to make the workers positive and that they must be proud in what they achieve in life. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? To work in Namibia as a workshop manager or plant manager. If I can get work in Namibia I will pack over night me and my family. I have three children my eldest daughter is a teacher, my son is in the marketing field, then we have a little laat lammetjie he is 10years old. My wife is in the medical field assistant pharmacyst, working for a cardiologist. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? To work on all specialized jobs, hydraulics, rebuild of engines, done engineering work on lythe and milling machine. Building of specialized tools. Worked on 35 different earth moving machinery. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? You must always be hands on, if anything go wrong in my field alot of money is involved.
