Formal education or skills and why? I think skills because not everyone have that kind of intelligence to excel in school but everyone has some kind of God-given talent or skill he/she is so good at that is jus waiting to be explored make it happen and sometimes its not so obvious but needs a proffessional to discover it in you. Describe the benefits of working with others No one is perfect in watever he does nomatter how good he/she is and one point in time we all mek mistakes and it is when yu have a good working relationship with others that yu can be corrected on your mistakes and be taught what you dont know.It also helps someone to have good human skills and be a better communicater Describe the benefits of working alone Sometimes working alone can help you concentrate on your work and do your job more efficiently and effectively. What was your worst working experience? Having to work almost 30 hours without going home. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Whatever yu don't know ask.don't attempt for yu might risk yo life,of others and that of the plant itself. What unique skills do you have? Not really much of a unique skill but i'm someone who can easily adapt to any situation arising at the workplace. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? To be the Chief Instruments Engineer at my company What are the most interesting aspects of your field? The ever advancing technology in the automation industry and control systems .That makes it very challenging and interesting as well . What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Having to do daily routine checks on one thing for all yo days at work.its good for plant efficiency bt generally boring Why would you want to work in Namibia?
