Formal education or skills and why? both are valuable. you need an education in a specific field in order to perform optimally. skills are learnt with time and through knowledge and is easier to acquire if you have the education Describe the benefits of working with others you learn how to interact with people, learn through mistakes of others. you develop skills and knowledge that is not written in any books Describe the benefits of working alone you learn to have responsibility and from trial and error you can learn new things What was your worst working experience? i do not have any as im a new worker What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? i learnt the importance of human interaction. without this quality you cannot operates optimally as a health professional.
