What fields have you worked in before? i participated in various research work in the realm of Health i.e Sexual and reproductive health, contraceptive health,PMTCT, Martenal, Infant and child health, Primary healthcare, VCT,T.B, STI's and HIV and AIDS initiatives, OVC's, Nutrition, Health Eduction and Promotion, Food and Humanitarian Aid Relief, Education, Agriculture, Water Sanitation and Hygiene(WASH), Community Development works and activities and Livelihood Support Programmes and Projects with various Non Governmental Organisations, Development Agencies, Government Departments, Community Service Organisations and Local Partners What qualifications do you hold? Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Administration. Executive Certificate in Community Development and Humanitarian Project Management. Executive Certificate in Programme and Project Monitoring and Evaluation. Statistical Package for Social Scientists. Post Graduate Diploma in Project Planning and Management.(Pending). Master of Science Degree in International Relations. (Pending). Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I consider both because one has to attain both i.e formal education forms the basis and foundation of the principles of any discipline. one has to attain the theoretical concepts and marry them with the skills attained in practice in order to produce quality assured deliverances and outcomes. Theory + Practice = Praxis, which is an element reiterated in project management Describe the benefits of working with others teamwork and cooperation brings collective ideas which best tackle a problem being faced for one can not execute the fundamentals needed to complete a process and cannot bring insights thoughts and ideas on his/her own, thus synergy best completes the fundamentals of a given project. Describe the benefits of working alone in working alone their are benefits of doing away with conflicts of interests which can lead to confusion,sabotage,lame ideas, as an individual expert will be executing his/her job using his own requisite knowledge and skills and expertise without the disturbance of other compromising ideas, thoughts and contributions. What was your worst working experience? there are certain challenges that come along in one's area of operations and i would not want to call them worst experiences as i managed to overcome them with time. some of these experiences were working in densely remote areas with horid conditions attributed with communication barriers but i managed to overcome such experiences with time in my field of operation. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? l have learnt to be tolerant and accomodative especially with different values and norms or different tribes and areas of operation What unique skills do you have? a confident hardworking, innovative and mature personality with well developed inter-personal and team skills, personal drive and integrity with demonstrated ability to be flexible in demanding situations. Result oriented personality with proven problem solving skills. What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
