BA Human and Social Studies major in Development Studies, a Professional diploma in Emergency and disaster management, Certificate in HIV/AIDS Counselling, Certificate in Formative Qualitative Audience Research for Health and Development, Red Cross Certificate in Community Based Health Care. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I believe there is no substitute for experiance but experience plus formal education will produce the best worker any organisation would desire. Describe the benefits of working with others As a team, I believe you develop multi approachies towards tuckling a tusk and solving problems. When you establish and maintain effective working relations with workmates, the ability to motivate and inspire each other to produce results is established. Describe the benefits of working alone When you work alone at times, you become efficiant and you are motivated to produce effective results because everything looks up to you. What was your worst working experience? I guess I am yet to experiance it. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Team work gets the job done efficiantly and effectively. What unique skills do you have? Ability to translate complex concepts into practical plans. Ability to communicate complex issues in straightforward, comprehensible terms. Giving a helping hand to those who need it most, putting the last first and experiancing their joy and appreciation when they own the success of a project.
