Formal education or skills and why? Both are valuable because you need to start with formal to attain goood skills. Describe the benefits of working with others It improves quality and quantity. Ideas are shared and more hands produce more work, moreover in our nursing there are some procedures that are very dificult if done by an individual,e.g ressuscitation and even a simple bed bath. Describe the benefits of working alone None. What was your worst working experience? Whenever i had an emergency and no Doc is available nor reachable,g being limitted by my cope of practise and try my level best to save a life to no success. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? To put myself in the patient shoes, and ask self " If it was me would i want anyone to do that!" What unique skills do you have? Bls, Acls, Pacing. Defibrilation,cardioversion,Teaching What would you consider as your 'dream job'? ICU nurse at managerial level. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? An ICU nurse is a practioner and most of the procedures a nurse can do indepentantly as to save a life. It envolves quick decision making and action. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? When i do counselling to relatives of a brain dead patient. What are/is the best moments in my field? Whenever i succesfully ressuscite a patient and does well up to discharge or trouble shoot a challenging problem when all others have failed.
