job as a pharmacistWhat type of job are you looking for? i want ajob as pharmacist. a job related to management of chronic conditions especially hiv/aids. i would especially be happy if i can have a job which also involves travelling a lot or atleast sometimes. What nationality are you? iam a zambian. What languages do you speak (and at what level)? i speak english fluently. but very keen to learn other languages. What country or area are you looking to work in and why? i would like to worl in namibia. this is because their work culture and discipline has really impressed me.there is peace there and the economy is stable and well managed,something neighboring countries should learn.the high prevalence of hiv/aids there also makes me feel my skills would be put to good use. Formal education or skills and why? formal education is very valuable.it should also be mentioned that formal education works well when combined with skills acquired along the way. Describe the benefits of working with others in work, working with others is very important.first ther is division of labor and input from others result in delivery of quality service.no man is an island and group with a shared vision can help solve alot of issues. Describe the benefits of working alone working alone ensures maximum responsibility and concentration. What was your worst working experience? a moment when my friend and client who had hiv/aids and was on antiretroviral therapy died. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? it is always important to think through things before you do them. where you are not sure,it is important to consult from other professionals. What unique skills do you have? i think i have a very effective problem solving criteria. iam very creative as well, always trying to think outside the box when thing are tough. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? a job which would allow me to express myself and skills in order for me to make change in society.it involves travelling to many places and be involved in planning. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? i enjoy when i get a chance to think of my clients problems and generating various solutions and chosing the best. i also enjoy counselling. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? i just dont enjoy encounters with some patients who want to feel they know more about medicines than me.this is because it limits my innovation capacity and the quality of service to give them.
