I have work as a cashier as well as as a pharmacy assistant at different pharmacies in Windhoek What qualifications do you hold? I have finished my grade 12 and have got few certificates in medicine plus beauty product range. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I would say both as they compliment each other. You need the formal education to be able to understand the certain subjects and then the skill to complete the project. Describe the benefits of working with others You learn a lot from others a lot. So for me its very important to work with others. You build more confidence in yourself and also build a very good people's skills and also improve a lot on your communication skills. Describe the benefits of working alone You can create and improve a lot on your self confidence and more do the things your way. You have a lot of chances of implimenting your own strategies and also build the trust in yourself as well as handle the preasure. What was your worst working experience? To be a Nanny.
