Skills If someone has the skills to do something, but they did not have the chance or the finance to backup their skills, then I would say that it would only be fair to give someone a chance who truely has the skills. This I would consider in my working field. Describe the benefits of working with others I do work in and with a team. This way we get things done better and quicker. Describe the benefits of working alone At this stage I am self employed. It is hard work. The benifit for me, I'd say, is that I can take care of my family. What was your worst working experience? I am a very technical person, so this allows me to investigate and understand things fast and correctly What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Running my very own Restaurant on a farm.
