BSc. Geodetic Engineering, Certificate in Conflict Mediation

Describe the benefits of working with others

One can only attain his/her full potential when that person is able to co-exist with everyone in peace. On potential benefit of working with others is to understant and appreciate the others thoughts. By so doing knowledge is being shared.

Describe the benefits of working alone

There is lemited benefit in working alone, in that you only know what you know and nothing else. No checks and balances in you plans.

What was your worst working experience?

I view that as a challenge and that was language barrier. As I had to employ an indigin to interpretate on my behalve.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

Tolerance and respect fof the other

What unique skills do you have?

Hard working, able to work under pressure

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

A well paid job.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

The challenges involved makes it so interesting. Thats one thing about fieldwork. The ability to have several altenetives, plans so that when one fails you have several other options

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

The fact that it is not appreciated by politicians. The always spend less effort towards it.
