On potential benefit of working with others is to understant and appreciate the others thoughts. By so doing knowledge is being shared. Describe the benefits of working alone There is lemited benefit in working alone, in that you only know what you know and nothing else. No checks and balances in you plans. What was your worst working experience? I view that as a challenge and that was language barrier. As I had to employ an indigin to interpretate on my behalve.
