Namibia(Swakopmund or Windhoek preferably) Its a beautiful country,I like the place,its a very peacefull country also but most importantly I am looking for a new and fresh challenge in another country that is why I chose Namibia and only Namibia. Formal education or skills and why? Skills education because students/people become practically self reliant in life and independent after acquiring certain skills education wise thus living better lifes. Describe the benefits of working with others The spirit of teamwork is attained in the working place therefore people end up working towards achieving the same goal and same principles. Socializing and sharing of ideas with others also helps in developing people to be more profesional in the working place thus act profesionally. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone gives one a chance of self introspection and a chance to evaluate yourself in terms of strengths and weaknesses thus working on those so that you can become better at what you do. What was your worst working experience? Never had one so far. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Building excellent relationships with students and parents is the key to making teaching more exciting and enjoyable. What unique skills do you have? The ability to reach out to students in terms of communication,playing football and singing just to mention a few. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? To have my own business and be my own boss. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? To discover and develop pupils to their full potential. When members of staff do not understand each other and their different needs,in other words pulling in different directions instead of working towards achieving the same goal.
